Introduction The Darrell Burnham Memorial Scholarship provides an annual award to a worthy graduate from Forrest, Jones, or Lamar County who intends to pursue a college major in mathematics or an engineering field. Preference will be given to applicants planning to enroll at Mississippi State University or The University of Southern Mississippi. This scholarship was created to honor the memory of Dr. Darrell Burnham. Eligibility - Applicant must be a graduate of Forrest, Jones, or Lamar County. - Candidate must plan to major in Math or Engineering. - Priority is given to students intending to attend Mississippi State University or The University of Southern Mississippi. - The scholarship is awarded once per year in memory of Dr. Darrell Burnham.
