National Rifle Association Scholarship Program
Scholarship Sponsored by National Rifle Association
Overview
The NRA Youth Education Summit (Y.E.S.) is a six-day, all-expenses-paid leadership and scholarship program held in the Washington, D.C. area for students who will be rising high school juniors and seniors. This year’s session runs July 16–21, 2024. Each summer, 30–40 talented students from across the United States are chosen to take part in an immersive weeklong fellowship in the nation’s capital.
Purpose
For more than 20 years, Y.E.S. has brought together motivated, patriotic young people to deepen their understanding of American government, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The program is designed to develop civic engagement and leadership, encourage informed participation in the democratic process, and inspire return to local communities as advocates for the Second Amendment.
