This scholarship program is funded by the generosity of Farm Bureau members and local agribusinesses. Contributions to the Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau Foundation support scholarships awarded to students pursuing agricultural education. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and donations are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines. Purpose
The purpose of these awards is to provide scholarships to college students pursuing studies in agriculture, agribusiness, or related agricultural fields. The program aims to support students who plan to enter or advance within the agricultural industry. Awards are intended to reduce financial barriers and encourage completion of relevant postsecondary programs. The scholarships focus on candidates committed to agricultural careers and education.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet defined residency, affiliation, and academic criteria to be considered for awards. Eligible applicants include members, spouses, or dependents of members of the Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau with at least one full year of membership. Candidates must be residents of Boone or Winnebago County, Illinois, and either be a high school graduate or already enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution. Applicants must also demonstrate the potential for successful completion of their chosen course of study.
Eligibility: Applicants must satisfy the membership, residency, academic, and enrollment requirements listed below.
- Member, spouse, or dependent of a member of the Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau (minimum of one full year)
- Resident of Boone or Winnebago County, Illinois
- High school graduate
- Accepted for enrollment or currently enrolled at an accredited college, university, or community college
- Must exhibit potential for successful completion of study
