Overview
This yearly award is available to students who meet the criteria below. Completed applications that include the required documentation must be received by the deadline to be considered.
Eligibility
- The applicant or at least one parent/guardian must hold current Farm Bureau membership.
- The applicant must be enrolled in or planning to pursue a major or program in agriculture or a closely related agricultural field.
Application requirements
- A brief written statement outlining the applicant’s future goals.
- Documentation showing current GPA and the declared field of study (transcript or official school record).
- Applicants may be invited to attend an interview as part of the selection process.
Important dates and notification
- Application materials are due by June 1st.
- This award is given annually; the recipient will be announced at the County Annual Meeting.
