Sonia Moseley Family Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by UNAC/UHCP
In 2013 UNAC/UHCP launched an ambitious scholarship initiative that continues to be a cornerstone of the union’s commitment to supporting professional education, continuing training, and advanced certification.
Since its inception, UNAC/UHCP has awarded more than 200 scholarships through several named programs: the Kathy J. Sackman Member Scholarship (for UNAC/UHCP members), the Sonia Moseley Family Scholarship (for members’ families), the Delima MacDonald Community Scholarship (an at-large award), and the Alexis G. Philius Scholarship (designed to increase the number of health care professionals of Black/African descent).
