Graduate Student Scholarship
The Graduate Student Scholarship is awarded to graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in fields relevant to public sector labor and administration. Awards recognize academic promise and demonstrated interest in public sector work, with preference for applicants employed in government and for National PELRA members. Recipients may be asked to share how the scholarship affected their education and career at the National PELRA Annual Training Conference. Application handling and review follow the Foundation’s established procedures.
Description: A scholarship for graduate students pursuing degrees in human resources, labor and industrial relations, public administration, or political science with a demonstrated interest in the public sector.
Eligibility: Any U.S. citizen who is a graduate student currently enrolled and seeking a graduate degree in the specified fields is encouraged to apply; students currently working in government agencies and National PELRA members receive preference.
