Alberta C. Kaufman Scholarship

Introduction
In memory of his mother, Alberta C. Kaufman, Attorney Marshall Kaufman of Kaufman & Stigger, PLLC (Kentucky) is providing a scholarship for graduating high school seniors and students currently enrolled in college. Alberta Kaufman urged her son to continue his education and pursue law school; this scholarship, named the Alberta C. Kaufman Scholarship, is established to carry forward that encouragement.
Eligibility
- Residency: Must live in Kentucky or Indiana.
- Academic status: Either a graduating high school senior or a currently enrolled student at a two- or four-year college or university.
- GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Educational intent: High school applicants must plan to pursue post-secondary education after graduation.
- Application materials: Applicants must complete the form below to provide (a) a brief personal introduction describing yourself and (b) an essay about an individual who has positively influenced your life and how that influence will shape your future.
Award Details
Two recipients will each receive a one-time $1,000 scholarship (nonrenewable). Payments will be made directly to the college or university admissions office.
