Overview
This scholarship, created by the Bhargava family, supports graduating high school seniors from Kalamazoo County who combine strong academic achievement with active participation in school, community, and work life.
Who is eligible
- Must be a senior graduating from a Kalamazoo County high school.
- Must reside in Kalamazoo County.
Academic and other requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.75.
- Minimum standardized test score: 1310 SAT or 28 ACT.
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership in school, community, or work settings.
- Must enroll full time at a college or university.
Award details
- Amount: $1,000 to $2,000.
- Financial need is not a requirement for consideration.
- Renewable for up to three additional years.
