Akron-Westfield High School Scholarship
Established in 2017 by the Akron Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Siouxland Community Foundation, this scholarship supports graduating seniors pursuing post-secondary education. Recipients may use the award to attend an accredited college or university. The scholarship is intended for students graduating from Akron-Westfield High School in Akron, Iowa.

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and participate in extracurricular activities. About the Siouxland Community Foundation
Community leaders established the Siouxland Community Foundation as a lasting way for residents to support their community. The organization was incorporated as The Siouxland Foundation on December 22, 1987, and began making grants in 1991. Its name changed to The Siouxland Community Foundation on January 12, 2000.
