CWFC Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Construction Workforce Foundation of Colorado
The Construction Workforce Foundation of Colorado, a foundation administered by the Colorado Contractors Association (CCA), offers annual scholarships to support college students preparing for careers in heavy-highway, municipal, and utility construction. Awards typically range from $1,000 to $5,000.
Who should apply
- Students who will be entering their junior or senior year next fall and are pursuing a construction-related curriculum (Construction Management or Civil Engineering) at an accredited Colorado institution are encouraged to apply.
- CCA members: if your son or daughter meets the above criteria and is enrolled at a Colorado college or university, please have them submit an application for a CWFC scholarship.
Primary institutions targeted
While applications from many Colorado schools are considered, preference is typically given to students attending:
- Colorado School of Mines
- Colorado State University (Fort Collins or Pueblo)
- University of Colorado Boulder
- Colorado Mesa University
Other Colorado colleges, universities, and trade schools will also be considered.
How to apply
Complete and submit the online application. Applications must be received by March 1st.
Summary of requirements
- Must be entering the junior or senior year in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering program.
- School must be an accredited institution located in Colorado.
