About Helpjuice
Founded in 2011 and based in Miami, FL, Helpjuice is a leader in knowledge base software. Although headquartered in Miami, we operate as a remote-first company. A knowledge base (sometimes called a corporate wiki) is a centralized way to capture and share information across an organization — from providing customers with instant answers to improving internal productivity by making information immediately accessible.
Application and selection process
We will select the two students whose work and vision we believe will have the most significant impact. Candidates are evaluated individually and do not need to attend the same institution.
Submission requirements
Applicants must submit a piece of work that demonstrates their achievement and potential. There is no restriction on format — submit something you genuinely believe in and have invested effort into. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- An essay or written proposal
- A prototype or product you built
- A business plan or pitch
Ownership and use of submissions
All submitted materials remain the property of the applicant. Helpjuice will only review submissions for the purposes of selecting scholarship recipients and will not use them for other purposes without the applicant’s permission.
