We're creating opportunities for students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, by offering mentorship, practical experiences, and academic assistance. Our revamped program prioritizes STEM education and workforce development, spanning a 16-week period during the academic year.

Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate students enrolled in two- or four-year institutions, entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year and pursuing degrees in biomedical sciences, health care, research, or public health.
- Scholars must exhibit a commitment to addressing health disparities and meet the eligibility requirements of participating institutions and our program.
- Priority is given to students who attend institutions participating in the American Heart Association Scholars Program.
