Mental Health System Reform Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Dayne Phillips
Overview
Dayne Phillips, a criminal defense attorney committed to his clients and community, recognizes the profound effects of the mental health crisis in the United States. Often described as “the elephant in the room,” this crisis continues to shape public life while receiving insufficient attention from policymakers.
