Introduction
With a rising need for skilled labor and a shortage of trained professionals in trades such as the moving industry, now is an excellent time to return to school and pursue a career in these expanding, well-paying fields. To support the next wave of workers and help meet market demand, HireAHelper will award a $2,000 scholarship four times per year to students who meet the eligibility criteria.

Fall Scholarship Period
Applications are currently being accepted for the Fall scholarship. Submission window: Thursday, January 1, 2026 through Thursday, January 15, 2026.

FAQs

Are you eligible?
- Age and enrollment: You must be at least 18 years old and either a current high school senior or enrolled in (or planning to enroll in for the 2025–2026 academic year) a U.S.-based high school, community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program.
- Grade point average: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 is required.
- Field of study: Your program should prepare you—or others in your community—to learn a new trade, build technical skills or technology, or launch a small business connected to moving services similar to those provided by HireAHelper.
