Bilingual Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Abogados Centro Legal
At Abogados Centro Legal, we are a team of dedicated immigration and personal injury lawyers, committed to safeguarding the rights of minority groups, with a particular focus on the Hispanic and Latino communities. Recognizing the increasing trend of bilingualism in the United States, we wish to honor those who have surmounted the hurdles and difficulties associated with mastering a second language. It is with great pleasure that we announce our 2021 Bilingual Scholarship, designed to provide a $1,000 contribution towards the education of one English-Spanish bilingual student, aiding them in reaching their academic aspirations.
This scholarship is available to all English-Spanish bilingual students who are currently engaged in postsecondary education. We acknowledge the importance of family heritage in shaping our identities, and we invite students to share their family stories and the ways in which bilingualism has benefited them in the United States. We are aware of the challenges that come with learning a new language, and we are interested in hearing about any language barriers or other obstacles you encountered while acquiring your second language.
