PixelPlex Bi-Annual STEM Scholarship

The PixelPlex Bi-Annual STEM Scholarship, valued at $2000, was created to encourage and financially assist students who are interested in furthering their education in the areas of science, technology, engineering, math (STEM), economics, and business. The scholarship will be awarded to one student based on the quality of their essay submission. The recipient will receive a $2000 grant to help offset the cost of their education.
Step 1. Confirm your eligibility
Before applying, ensure you meet the following eligibility requirements.
Citizenship Status
You must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency status in the United States.
Enrollment Status
At the time the scholarship is awarded, you must be enrolled in, or have been accepted to, a U.S. college or university with plans to attend.
Study Focus
Your major or intended major must be in a field related to science, technology, engineering, math (STEM), economics, or business.
Step 2. Select an industry
Identify an industry or sector where the application of one of the technologies below is not common, in your view, and explain how its application could solve existing issues.
Step 3. Compose an essay
Ensure your essay adheres to the following guidelines:
- Format
- Submit your essay as a PDF or Microsoft Word document attached to your email.
- Length
- Your essay should be at least 1200 words long (there is no maximum word limit).
- Originality
- Your essay must be original and not previously published.
Step 4. Introduce yourself and explain your topic choice
In your application email, include a brief introduction about yourself and explain why you chose your particular topic.
