Nevada Promise Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Nevada Legislature
Description
Description: The Nevada Promise Scholarship is a last‑dollar program established to expand access to community college for Nevada high school graduates and eligible equivalency completers. As a last‑dollar award, it covers remaining tuition and registration fees that are not met by other gift aid. The award can support up to three years of study at eligible community colleges. Applicants should consult the official program site for details on application steps and program rules.

Award Value
Award Value: The Nevada Promise Scholarship functions as a last‑dollar award, paying remaining tuition and other registration fees not covered by other forms of gift aid. The total coverage is limited to up to three years of tuition and qualifying registration fees at participating community colleges. Because it is last‑dollar, the amount each recipient receives depends on their other gift aid and tuition charges. For exact coverage details and examples, review the official program guidance.

- Maximum coverage limited to three years
- Actual award varies depending on other gift aid
