Taylor Ibarrondo was an amazing young woman who left this world too early.

A 2016 Dunwoody High School graduate and Georgia State University student, Taylor passionately pursued causes and ideas she believed in. With everything she did, including with her civic engagement, she showcased her empathy, kindness, and love for the natural world.

To honor the legacy that Taylor left behind, The Taylor Ibarrondo Memorial Scholarship will support two graduating high school seniors who plan to attend college and embody some of her most inspiring traits and qualities.

To apply for the scholarship, you must be a high school senior who:

  • Resides in Georgia
  • Has a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Plans to attend a 2 or 4-year degree program
  • Has a demonstrated interest in civic engagement

As part of applying, please write about your core values, why they’re important to you, and how you apply these values to your civic engagement work, academic studies, and relationships.
