The McClellan Wealth Management Bright Future Scholarship Program was created to help hardworking students fulfill their dreams of excelling in a career in the financial industry.
For 2022, we will award one $1,000 scholarship to one well-deserving student! The award will go to the student with the best, most well-written essay that convinces us to invest in their education, and ultimately, their bright future.
Essay Requirements
In order to be considered for the Bright Future Scholarship, you must write an essay, minimum of 1,000 words, telling us:
Why You Want a Career in the Financial Industry?
Tell us why you want to be in the financial industry. What sparked your interest? What turned this interest into a dream? What career path are you most interested in?
How You Plan to Make a Difference for Your Clients?
As a future professional in the finance industry, how do you wish to impact the clients you serve? How do you plan to make a difference in their lives?
How You Plan to Use the Scholarship Money?
If you were to be awarded the Bright Future Scholarship, how would you spend the $1,000 award? What exactly would the money go towards?
Qualifications
To qualify for the McClellan Wealth Management Bright Future Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
A) Be actively enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited U.S. college or university as of September 1, 2022.
B) Be pursuing a degree in Finance or Economics.
C) Be 18 years or older by September 1, 2022.
D) Submit your essay by the application deadline, May 31, 2022.
