Description: This scholarship supports individuals who identify as female, age 17 or older, who are entering the strength and conditioning field. Applicants must be accepted to an accredited institution and be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in strength and conditioning. The program aims to reduce financial barriers and promote participation of female-identifying students in the profession. Selection is contingent on meeting the specified application and documentation requirements.

Eligibility
Eligibility: Applicants must submit a completed application and provide required supporting materials, including official transcripts from each institution attended and three completed recommendation rubrics. Current NSCA or International Affiliate membership is required at the time of application and award. The pursued degree must be in the strength and conditioning field, and applicants who have previously received the award twice are ineligible. Certain organizational roles and relationships (such as members of governing boards, scholarship committees, employees or their family members) disqualify an applicant.

Award Value
Award Value: Each recipient is granted $2,000 to be applied toward tuition charges accrued by the student. The funds are designated for academic expenses related to the recipient’s strength and conditioning program. Receipt of the award is subject to verification of eligibility and submission of all required documentation. Specific disbursement procedures are governed by the sponsoring organization.
