Eligibility
Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens who live in the United States or its territories and be accepted to or enrolled as full-time students at accredited U.S. colleges or universities for the Fall 2027–Spring 2028 academic year. The program is open to high school seniors who will matriculate and to current undergraduate students. Eligibility emphasizes enrollment status and citizenship; applicants should confirm their institution awards appropriate degrees.

Areas of Study

The program also considers professional and humanities degrees when they have clear applicability to the program’s mission.

Award Details
Each scholarship carries a $2,500 award amount, including the Tim Bolgeo Memorial Scholarship. Awards are merit-based and funded by IRG supporters. Recipients will be selected based on the application materials submitted and the merit criteria established by IRG.
