Eligibility
Eligibility spans a broad range of students, including high school seniors, vocational students, undergraduate students, and graduate students who are legal U.S. residents. Applicants must be enrolled in a vocational program or an accredited two- to four-year post-secondary institution and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA in good academic standing. Employees of the sponsor, immediate family members, and household members of employees are ineligible. Preference may be given to students from or attending secondary school in Texas, but applicants from all U.S. states and the District of Columbia may apply.
