Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to Wyoming residents who have graduated or will graduate from an accredited Wyoming high school, or those who have completed the past year at an accredited college or university. Applicants must be seriously motivated to attend and graduate from an institution of higher learning and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Preference may be given to relatives of active WAA members in good standing. Applicants should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying.

- Resident of the State of Wyoming

- Open to Wyoming residents with specified academic standing.
