Qualification Guidelines
Before applying, confirm that you meet the following qualification guidelines:
- The applicant must be a resident of Madera County
- The applicant should be a high school senior from Madera County, set to graduate in 2024
- Students from San Joaquin Memorial, Fresno Christian, Firebaugh, or Sierra are eligible ONLY IF they are residents of Madera County
Online Application
Fill out the online application form, ensuring that you provide precise and comprehensive details about your scholastic accomplishments, extracurricular involvement, and any pertinent experiences in the field of agriculture.
Biographical Statement
Compose a brief autobiographical statement, detailing your reasons for selecting your major. Include information about your past and current financial situation and your future plans.
Recommendation Letters
Provide three (3) recommendation letters from individuals who can vouch for your character, academic prowess, and dedication to agriculture. It is required that at least one of these letters be from an educator or academic advisor.
Academic Records
Submit a copy of your most recent academic transcripts, demonstrating your scholastic achievements.
Recipient Selection
The scholarship committee will meticulously evaluate all applications. Recipients will be chosen based on academic excellence, dedication to agriculture, leadership potential, and community engagement.
