Description: Key Clubs across Georgia serve their homes, schools, and communities through service projects, fundraising, and leadership development. Key Club International and the Georgia District sponsor contests, awards, and scholarships to recognize outstanding service and leadership. This scholarship program is intended to support individual members who demonstrate excellence through sustained community impact and leadership. The Georgia District administers the selection and award process for the district-level scholarship.

Eligibility
Eligibility: Applicants must be current Key Club members in the Georgia District and in good standing. Candidates must be college-bound graduating seniors with a minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The complete application requires the online form plus attachments: an essay, a letter of recommendation, and an official transcript. Incomplete or partial submissions will not be considered.

Award Value
Award Value: There will be one recipient of the Georgia District Leadership Scholarship, and the award amount is US $1,000. Financial need is not a determining factor in the selection process. The district requires finalized college or university information before disbursing funds. Award disbursement is planned for mid-September 2027 once institutional details are confirmed.

Application Timeline

Selection and Terms
Selection: The Georgia District of Key Club International determines the selection procedure and appoints the judges; all decisions by the judges are final. Applicants are advised to retain copies of submitted materials, as originals will not be returned.
