Eligibility
Eligible applicants are graduating high school seniors who have lived in El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, or Sacramento County, California for at least two years prior to application and who meet California State residency requirements. Applicants must plan to enroll full-time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical institution located within 100 miles of the Sacramento County Courthouse.
