Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship is restricted to individuals who meet specific residency, citizenship, and medical criteria. Eligible candidates must demonstrate the condition specified by the program and residency in the designated state. Citizenship or eligible non-citizen status is also required for consideration.
Eligibility: Applicants must be persons with hemophilia, New Mexico residents, and U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.

Other Requirements

Scholarship Renewal Requirements
Renewal of the scholarship requires documented satisfactory academic progress, including a minimum GPA. Applicants seeking renewal must submit an official transcript showing final, current grades for review. If an applicant’s GPA falls below the minimum, they may reapply the following semester.
Renewal Criteria: Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and submit an official transcript when requesting renewal; applicants with lower GPAs may reapply later.

Application Deadlines
