CDM Smith Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by CDM Smith
CDM Smith has initiated a scholarship scheme to support students who are enrolled in eligible STEM undergraduate and graduate programs with a focus on engineering at a recognized four-year college or university.
Every year, eight merit-based scholarships, each worth $7,500, are granted to students who exhibit exceptional academic performance, technical expertise, and a dedication to community service. The goal of these scholarships is to acknowledge and aid individuals who excel academically, contribute to their communities, and demonstrate potential in their professional development.
Qualification Criteria:
- Academic Achievement: Candidates must possess a solid academic background and show a zeal for learning and innovation in their chosen discipline.
- Technical Professional Growth: Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to enhancing their technical abilities and professional development through internships, projects, or relevant work experience.
- Community Involvement: Candidates must have a proven history of significant community service and leadership, demonstrating a commitment to positively impacting their communities.
- Support for Underserved Communities: Preference will be given to individuals from underserved communities who have surmounted significant obstacles to achieve their educational and career objectives.
Scholarship America, the country's largest creator and administrator of scholarships and other educational support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals, manages this program. The sponsor has the sole discretion to determine eligibility for individual programs, and Scholarship America’s evaluation team reviews eligible applications.
