Hispanic Health Professional Student Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by National Hispanic Health Foundation
Since its inception in 2004, the National Hispanic Health Foundation (NHHF) has been dedicated to providing scholarships to exceptional students who are pursuing degrees in medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, physician assistant, and public health. The program, which was initially launched in New York City, has expanded its scope with the help of various supporting organizations. In 2007, a significant partnership was formed with the United Health Foundation (UHF), which led to an increase in the number of scholarships awarded and the initiation of a mentorship program. As of January 2024, the NHHF has proudly granted over $2 million in scholarships to 412 deserving students.
