Eligibility
This scholarship is restricted to U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old and enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program that continues through at least Fall 2026. Applicants must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and provide proof of enrollment or acceptance. Only one submission per applicant is permitted.

Award Details
The scholarship awards $1,000 in educational expenses to one student per semester. Funds may be applied to tuition, room and board, class materials, and other education-related expenses. The award is intended to reduce financial barriers for a student who has demonstrated exceptional resilience. Application windows and submission deadlines are set by the program for each award cycle.

How to Apply
To apply, submit a 3–5 minute video responding to the prompt provided by the program and include documentation of enrollment and GPA. The video should clearly describe a significant obstacle you faced, the actions you took to overcome it, and how your perspective has changed. Include proof of enrollment or acceptance and documentation of your achieved GPA with your submission. Only one application is accepted per person.

Video Prompt: Describe a time when you faced a significant obstacle with little odds of success. Explain what you did to overcome it and how your perspective has changed since.
Judging and Notification
Applications are reviewed by a selection committee that evaluates the personal narrative, clarity and organization of the video, and the depth of reflection about overcoming obstacles. The winner will be notified by July 29, 2026. Scholarship recipients agree to allow the use of their name, likeness, and video in program materials and marketing channels.

Disbursement and Terms
Scholarship checks are mailed directly from Elite Lawyer to the recipient's financial aid office. Once mailed, the receiving institution is responsible for posting the funds to the student account and disbursing them according to its policies. For any delays in posting or disbursement, contact the university financial aid office first. Recipients consent to the use of their information and materials for promotional purposes as part of the award terms.
