Description: The NPHF/Procter & Gamble Endowed Scholarship in Community Service recognizes a nurse practitioner graduate student enrolled in a Master's, DNP, or PhD program who has made significant positive contributions to community service or patient care while pursuing an advanced degree. The award highlights clinical impact and sustained engagement in community health initiatives. It is intended to support and encourage continued service-oriented work during and after graduate training.

Eligibility
Eligibility: Candidates must be nurse practitioner graduate students and either U.S. citizens or permanent U.S. residents. Applicants must not be members of the NPHF Board of Trustees or relatives of board members, nor employees or relatives of employees of the grant funder. Prior recipients of an NPHF scholarship or award are not eligible to receive this scholarship.

- Not an employee/relative of the grant funder
- Has not previously received an NPHF scholarship or award
- Eligibility focuses on status, residency, and conflict-of-interest exclusions
- Previous NPHF awardees are disqualified
- Relatives of governing or funding parties are excluded
Award Value
Award Value: One scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 will be awarded. The monetary award is intended to provide modest financial support to a single qualifying student. Recipients should demonstrate that the award will assist their continued engagement in community or patient-care activities while completing their program.

Selection Process
