Enterprise Access HBCC Scholarship

Overview
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), together with the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, will provide financial support to exceptional students enrolled at TMCF member institutions, including publicly supported Historically Black Community Colleges (HBCCs). For the 2026–2027 academic year, thirty-four HBCC scholars will be chosen to receive a need-based award of up to $1,500 each. Awards will be disbursed as a single payment in the fall 2026 semester and may only be applied to verifiable costs related to average tuition and customary fees.
Who is eligible
- Be enrolled full time at a TMCF HBCC member college for the 2026–2027 academic year
- Open to students in any major
- Hold a current cumulative GPA of at least 2.75
- Have the 2026–2027 FAFSA submitted and on file with your college/university by the selection date
- Be able to demonstrate financial need
- Be a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident (must possess a valid permanent resident card or a passport stamped I-551)
How to apply
All applicants are required to submit a two-minute video addressing the following prompt:
- Which core values or principles do you consider most important for driving positive change in your community and in your intended career field? Explain how you will demonstrate those values in your studies and in your interactions with others.
Submissions should adhere to the two-minute time limit and directly respond to the question above.
