Why Tacuna Systems sponsors this scholarship
Tacuna Systems created this award to help address persistent gender pay inequities in STEM—women in these fields earn, on average, about 20% less than men in comparable roles. By providing financial support to women pursuing STEM degrees, Tacuna Systems aims to encourage greater participation and more equitable representation across technical industries.
