Overview
Description: The ESCA Scholarship Fund supports professional development in the exhibition, meetings, and special events industries by awarding academic and need-based scholarships annually. The fund promotes collaboration, education, and information exchange among industry members and their families. Scholarships are intended to cultivate future industry leaders and reinforce business integrity and industry leadership.

Eligibility
Eligibility: Applicants must be industry members or immediate family members of industry participants, and every applicant must be sponsored by an ESCA member (the applicant need not be an ESCA member). Applicants must provide evidence of acceptance or enrollment at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or technical school. Documentation must demonstrate academic intent and affiliation with the exhibition or events industry.
Application Timeline: All applications and supporting documents must be submitted by October 15 each year. Applicants should confirm deadlines and submission requirements well in advance to ensure a complete application.

Application Materials
Enclose with application: Applicants must submit an essay of approximately 500 words addressing why they should receive the scholarship and their college or career goals. In addition, include evidence of academic performance such as a high school transcript, SAT or ACT scores, and/or college GPA. Ensure all materials are legible and organized to facilitate review.

Evaluation Criteria
