Lessons In Resilience Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Polito & Harrington LLC
Introduction
Polito & Harrington LLC recognizes how quickly a family’s life can be altered when a parent or guardian is involved in a car or truck accident. Such events frequently bring financial burdens, emotional strain, and new day-to-day challenges that change a family’s trajectory. From those difficulties, however, many students develop determination, responsibility, and renewed purpose. The Lessons in Resilience Scholarship was established to celebrate students who have personally faced this kind of adversity and who have used the experience to grow and set meaningful goals. Applicants are invited to describe how their parent’s or guardian’s accident has influenced their outlook on life, education, and personal development. Through this award, we want to acknowledge and assist students who have converted hardship into motivation and who intend to apply those lessons to benefit their communities or professions.
