Awarded by the Education and Scholarship Program (ESP) of the Lower Connecticut Valley Branch of AAUW
Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 LCV AAUW Education Grants Program.
Our Education and Scholarship Program offers $5,000 education grants to eligible women based on personal goals, academic performance, and financial need.
Eligibility Criteria
- 20 years old by December 31, 2025, or older
- Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Reside in Middlesex or New London County, CT
The grant process for the 2025-2026 academic year begins in March 2025. Submissions are due on June 9th. Submission details are on the application. Grants will be announced in July 2025.
Scholarships to Leadership Conferences for College Women
We provide scholarships to college women to attend a leadership conference promoted by AAUW. The conference, held in May at the University of Maryland, , focuses on advocacy, health, and wellness, while building leadership skills in women, allowing them to succeed on campus, within the community, and in their careers.
