Introduction
We proudly support Oklahoma students pursuing higher education by providing scholarships to help talented, motivated individuals reach their academic objectives.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled at an OSIG member school that is in good standing as of January 1.
- Each year OSIG will award scholarships to three graduating high school seniors from each of the state’s quadrants as defined by OSIG.
How awards are distributed
Scholarships are granted annually, with three recipients selected from each OSIG-defined quadrant of Oklahoma (totaling twelve statewide recipients each year).
Application process and required materials
To apply, complete the online application form and upload the items listed below using the upload button to submit your packet to OSIG:
1. Copies of seven semesters of high school transcripts (covering grades 9–12).
2. Three letters of recommendation from responsible adults; one must be written by a school employee and submitted on official school letterhead.
3. ACT or SAT scores if those scores do not already appear on your transcripts.
4. A 750-word essay describing your academic and/or career goals and explaining how this scholarship will help you attain them.
5. Copies of college acceptance letter(s).
6. Signatures from both the applicant and a designated representative of the applicant’s school.
Submission deadline
All application materials must be uploaded and submitted online by March 3, 2025.
