Eligibility
The program defines clear eligibility criteria to ensure assistance reaches qualifying students. Applicants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, Guam, or the District of Columbia and between 17 and 26 years old as of the program period end. Eligible applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at least part-time in an accredited post-high school undergraduate program for Spring 2027 and meet a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. Recipients must be eligible for Federal student aid and willing to participate in a 14-week mentorship and work with the program administrator through the award process.
